Deposits can only be refunded if no betting activity has occurred after the funds are credited. In the event of a discrepancy between interim results and the final official result, the official result always prevails.
If a football match — whether from the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, or any other league covered by 9nbt — is postponed and not played within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, all related bets will be cancelled and the full amount refunded to the account balance. In accumulators, the cancelled selection is removed from the slip and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections.
9nbt makes every effort to display accurate, up-to-date odds. In cases of obvious errors — odds that are clearly incorrect compared to the market and do not reflect the platform's actual intent — 9nbt reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds, with a full refund of the staked amount.
